Polymethacrylate Pour Point Depressant
Description
Petadd PPD(C) is a polymethacrylate type pour point depressant (PPD). This product is typically used as a PPD in transmission lubricants and in crankcase formulations where Group II/III base stocks are used.
Application
- The recommended treat rate is between 0.05% and 0.5%, depending on the base stock used and the required pouring point (°C).
Storage and Handling
Store at ambient temperature, sealed in the original containers and protected from moisture. Shelf life: 24 months. The maximum recommended temperature for handling and unloading is 60°C. Consult the SDS for further information.
