Overbased Magnesium Sulfonate
Description
Petadd DT OB-400(MG) is an overbased magnesium sulfonate with a typical 400 TBN. Highly effective as a detergent in additive packages, this product can also function as a TBN booster and acid neutraliser.
Application
- Use as a detergent in additive packages for automotive, marine and industrial lubricants.
- Imparts good rust inhibiting properties.
- Excellent acid neutraliser and TBN booster.
Storage and Handling
Store sealed, in a dry place & at ambient temperatures. Shelf life: 24 months.
The maximum recommended temperature for handling is 60°C, in long term storage, the maximum recommended temperature is 50°C. Consult the SDS for further information.
