Application
– ashless high performance hydraulic and compressor oil package
Additin RC 9305 is ideally suited for use in ashless hydraulic fluids and compressor oils. The following high performance demands have to be met:
– very high oxidation stability (extended service life)
– high load carrying capacity
– good demulsification
– good corrosion protection against steel and non-ferrous metals
– good filterability
– excellent thermal stability
The recommended treatment level of Additin RC 9305 is 0.5 % by weight for hydraulic fluids (HLP).
Solubility
Soluble in mineral oils and synthetic base oils. However, it is necessary to verify the solubility in the base oils used and the compatibility with other additives.
Storage conditions
in a dry place at room temperature approx. 24 months. This product is liable to crystallization at low temperatures. If this occurs, gentle warming up to 40 – 50 °C with agitation will ensure homogeneity of the product without adverse effects. Local overheating – above 60 °C – must be avoided.
