Additin RC 2545 is an extreme pressure additive high sulfur content. It can be used to formulate industrial
lubricants which require a high level of extreme pressure performance. Main applications for RC 2545 are gear
oils and EP-Greases.
Additin RC 2545 has a characteristic intensive smell. Therefore, we recommend to use it in closed systems like
gear boxes.
Solubility
Soluble in mineral oils and synthetic base oils. However, it is necessary to verify the solubility in the base oils
used and the compatibility with other additives.
