Ashless phosphoric acid ester

Application

Additin RC 3664 is a versatile ashless antiwear additive to be used in

– jet engine oils
– metalworking fluids
– gear oils
– hydraulic and compressor fluids

It is particularly recommended for all applications where high hydrolytic and thermal stability is requested.
Additin RC 3664 is beneficially used for fire resistant hydraulic oils.

RC 3664 is not harmful to humans and ideally suited for jet engine oils

Solubility

Soluble in mineral oils and synthetic base oils. However, it is necessary to verify the solubility in the base oils
used and the compatibility with other additives.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place at room temperature for approx. 12 months. This product is liable to crystallization at low
temperatures. If this occurs, gentle warming up to 40 – 50°C will ensure homogenity of the product without
adverse effects.
