Suretech AF-NS

Description

Suretech AF-NS is a long lasting, silicone free defoamer and antifoam. Designed primarily for use in fermentation applications and fruit and vegetable processing, this product is also suitable for industrial and oilfield use. A non-toxic product, Suretech AF-NS is both Kosher and Halal approved.

Application

• Typical treat rate of 100-500 ppm, depending on the application. It is recommended to trial a range of treatment level to obtain the performance desired.
• For maximum effectiveness, add prior to the generation of foam. Additional product may be added during processing if required.
• Use either as a concentrate or as a dispersion with other raw materials.
• Residual product may be removed after processing by a filtration process.

Storage and Handling

Observe good chemical hygiene and handling practice. Store below 32°C. If kept in long term storage, some clouding of the product may occur. This does not affect product performance, and may be removed by simple stirring. If stored appropriately in the original, unopened container, this product has a shelf life of approximately 12 months.
