Naugalube® 810

DESCRIPTION

NAUGALUBE® 810 is an oil soluble ashless nonphosphorus and non-sulfur containing, anti-wear and friction modifier additive. It has excellent performance to permit reduction in phosphorus to less than 0.05 wt. % without loss of antiware protection. In addition: Synergistic with low concentrations of ZDDP (<0.05 wt.% P), Non-corrosive to copper and lead, Seal compatible, Non-metallic, Non( Cl, N, P, S), an Environmentally acceptable.

APPLICATION

NAUGALUBE® 810 is oil soluble and can be used in lubricant formulation to provide antiware protection while meeting low phosphorus requirements. It was developed especially for incorporation into GF-5 (2009), PC-11 (2011), ACEA, & OEM oils.

• It is suitable for broad range of base stocks Group I – III.
• Typical Treatment Rate: 1.0 wt.%.

STORAGE

Product is stable under normal storage conditions.

• Max. Storage Temp. 40°C
• Min. Storage Temp. 5°C (fluid at temperatures below 0°C )

• Use appropriate personal protection equipment.
• Avoid eye, skin and clothing contact.
• Loading/Unloading Temperature 5 – 50°C
• Maximum Pre-Heat Temperature 60°C
