Neutral Calcium Sulfonate Detergent
Description
Petadd DT N-25 is a low TBN (neutral) calcium sulfonate; its low chloride content and high molecular weight provide excellent anti-rust & anti-corrosion properties. Its primary function is as a detergent-additive in lubricating oils.
Application
- Acts as a detergent in lubricating oils, helping to keep engine parts clean.
- Widely used in greases manufacture, metalworking fluids and engine oils.
Storage and Handling
It is recommended to store this product below 50°C, tightly sealed and in a dry place. Process/handle at 60-80°C. For further information, see the SDS.
