For customers of KRAHN UK, a range of services and advice are now available to help enhance product sustainability and support any organisation in the transition to a more sustainable future. These services utilise the extensive expertise and know-how that exists on the subject within the KRAHN Chemie Group whether it be product related, technical, legal or organisational. There are two specific offers available: Life Cycle Assessments (LCA’s) and Sustainability Workshops.
Life Cycle Assessments
The LCA is designed to assess the environmental impact of a product throughout its life cycle: from raw material extraction to disposal. This helps identifying areas that can reduce the environmental impact of the product to make it more sustainable, for example, by using alternative raw or recycled materials or renewable energy in manufacturing. Opportunities for cost savings may also become apparent, for example, by reducing waste, or more efficient production processes.
Sustainability Workshops
Sustainability, circular economy, product responsibility and climate change represent the central challenges of our time. In a one-day KRAHN Chemie sustainability workshop, adapted to the specific needs of your business and those of your customers. We will sensitise you to these requirements and create a platform for you and your colleagues to identify the opportunities and potential threats that the various sustainability topics could entail for your company.
